	Citation Administrative Review Parking Citation Review
	The Appeal Process If you have received a parking citation and you would like to appeal the ticket, you must appeal within 21 calendar days of the date of the citation. You may appeal online at: www.ticketwizard5000.com or by downloading the “Administrative Review Form” and returning it to the Parking Business Office, located in the DPS Building (mail code 4390). If you choose to send the form to the Parking Business Office, please provide a complete return address on the back of the form for it to be returned to you. If you are not happy with the determinaion of your appeal, you may schedule an adminstrative hearing at the Parking Office. This must done within 21 days after the determination has been mailed back to you. An administrative hearing can be done in writting or in person for your convenience.
