Community Safety Alerts for the SDSU Community

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is the landmark federal law that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on campus.  The police department issues crime alerts in accordance with federal law.  The police composes the alerts based on information uncovered during the investigation, namely from the witnesses who saw the crime occur.
